jjvip Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "jjvip," "the Operator," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jjvip online casino and sportsbook platform operating at jjvip.app, licensed and regulated under PAGCOR.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any service offered through the jjvip platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the jjvip platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sportsbook products, live dealer tables, promotions, and any other features made available through jjvip.
• "Platform" means the jjvip website accessible at jjvip.app, including any mobile-optimized version thereof.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive granted by jjvip to a Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under whose framework jjvip operates.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which all jjvip financial transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all Players before withdrawals are processed.

To register and use jjvip Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations governing online casino and sportsbook activities.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and artificial agents may not hold Player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing jjvip from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a jjvip employee engaged in platform operations.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, PAGCOR exclusion list, or court order prohibiting your participation in gambling activities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jjvip reserves the right to request additional documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

To access jjvip Services, you must create a single registered Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the jjvip Platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. jjvip uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. All duplicate accounts and associated balances may be voided without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if it changes. jjvip is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjvip username and password. You must not share, transfer, or disclose your login credentials to any third party. jjvip will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any support channel. You agree to notify jjvip support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jjvip requires Players to complete full KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a regulatory obligation under PAGCOR licensing conditions and cannot be waived.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jjvip's sole discretion and will be communicated via the Platform.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and Player verification status; current limits are displayed on the Cashier page within your Account.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your jjvip Account in real time or within fifteen (15) minutes of successful payment confirmation. GCash withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Currencies

All jjvip transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jjvip does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.

4.5 Transaction Fees

jjvip does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may impose their own transaction fees, for which jjvip bears no responsibility.

jjvip offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid only for the promotional period stated. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• jjvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any specific terms already communicated to Players who have actively claimed the promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of jjvip's bonus system.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets, exploiting bonus conditions through coordinated play, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account termination.
• Players who have made a withdrawal request prior to fulfilling applicable wagering requirements will have the unmet bonus and associated winnings forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjvip Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so, to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to access, scrape, or interact with the jjvip Platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any such errors must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any other conduct intended to unfairly manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use jjvip to process funds derived from illegal activities, in contravention of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Abusing the jjvip support team verbally, making threats, or engaging in harassment of staff or other Players.
• Accessing jjvip from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other geo-spoofing technologies.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment disputes via your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith while retaining winnings from the disputed deposits.

All content on the jjvip Platform — including but not limited to the jjvip brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, software, text, images, audio, and video content — is the exclusive intellectual property of jjvip or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jjvip Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jjvip content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jjvip content.
• Use the jjvip brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the jjvip Platform.

Unauthorized use of jjvip intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jjvip shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, jjvip Services.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was enabled by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Interruptions to jjvip Services caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond jjvip's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, game results, or other information displayed on the Platform where such information is provided by third-party data feeds.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if jjvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jjvip's aggregate liability to any Player for direct losses arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their jjvip Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering an Account, you consent to jjvip's collection and use of your personal information as described in the jjvip Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jjvip — including your name, identification documents, contact details, and transaction history — is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. jjvip does not sell personal data to third parties.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by jjvip, subject to legal retention obligations under PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].

jjvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Filipino player community. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or emotional distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jjvip Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders and session cut-offs after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Voluntarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request inclusion on jjvip's exclusion list. Self-excluded Players will not receive marketing communications and cannot re-register for the duration of the exclusion period.

11.1 Termination by jjvip

jjvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jjvip reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jjvip.
• PAGCOR or another regulatory authority has directed jjvip to restrict the Account.

In cases of termination for cause, jjvip may withhold Account balances pending investigation. Balances found to be derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

11.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your jjvip Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to your use of jjvip Services or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jjvip's internal complaints process by contacting [email protected]. jjvip will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process may be referred to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism in accordance with jjvip's licensing obligations. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jjvip may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jjvip will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR regulatory directive.

Your continued use of jjvip Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of jjvip Services and may request account closure as described in Section 11.2.
